Streamline the Onboarding process for all the new hire classes for our sales offices.

  • Manage applicant files making sure all documents are received and completed; resume

and application match up.

month. Go through the approval process for all field office applicants.

  • Onboarding process: Review all newly hired employees from the local and field offices in

the HRIS system. Approx. 20-50 new hires per month. Conduct I-9 verifications.

  • Organize and create employee files, making sure all necessary paperwork is in the file,

collect any missing paperwork.

  • Process garnishments for entire company in a timely manner. Send out letters with copies

of garnishment order to the employee, and copies to the creditor. Enter the information into
the HRIS system for payroll processing.

  • Create weekly, monthly and Ad Hoc reports from the HR Reporting system.
