and application match up.
Review all background checks for each applicant file. Approx. 35-60 backgrounds per
month. Go through the approval process for all field office applicants.
Onboarding process: Review all newly hired employees from the local and field offices in
the HRIS system. Approx. 20-50 new hires per month. Conduct I-9 verifications.
Organize and create employee files, making sure all necessary paperwork is in the file,
collect any missing paperwork.
Process garnishments for entire company in a timely manner. Send out letters with copies
of garnishment order to the employee, and copies to the creditor. Enter the information into
the HRIS system for payroll processing.
Create weekly, monthly and Ad Hoc reports from the HR Reporting system.
